This page summarises the contracts NORTHAMPTONSHIRE Partnership Homes (NPH) currently intend to reprocure over the next 12 month period.

It should be noted that whilst we have listed all the contracts we are aware of, and that are on our plan to reprocure below;  further analysis will be carried out by NPH before deciding on the best route to market for each individual contract. Therefore, some opportunities listed below may end up not being made available for open competition. This may be for a number of reasons, for example:

  • If NPH utilise an existing procurement framework – as this will have a pre-defined list of supplier that are available to include in a  competitive exercise.
  • If NPH combines a service  / requirement listed below into a larger contract, this may still be competed but the individual service would be part of a larger procurement exercise.

As such, in providing this list NPH offer no guarantees of future tender opportunities, however this list will be reviewed and updated on a quarterly basis to ensure it is up to date with NPH’s evolving procurement strategies.

Where applicable NPH will issue early market engagement notices ahead of any tender being issued to raise awareness and allow early expressions of interest.
